NCS Ringlock Shoring System

NCS Ringlock Shoring System is a versatile, high-capacity modular steel scaffolding system engineered for slab shoring, façade access, stair towers and industrial maintenance applications. Built around a precision-engineered rosette connection, the system eliminates the need for loose nuts, bolts and conventional couplers, enabling fast erection, high rigidity and reliable structural performance. All vertical standards are fabricated from S355 high-yield structural steel with 3.2 mm wall thickness, providing the strength and durability required for demanding construction and industrial applications.

Arrangement of the System

The NCS Ringlock Shoring System is designed for quick and efficient assembly using three primary components: Vertical Standards, Ledgers and Bracings.

Ledgers and bracings are connected to the rosette using a gravity-lock wedge connection, creating rigid and secure joints without the need for loose nuts, bolts or couplers. The modular rosette arrangement allows multiple components to be connected at different levels and in various configurations, providing flexibility for complex structures and varying site conditions.
